SEARCH PROCESS

Adroyts Executive Search customizes its search and executes each project according to our client’s specific needs. Our course of action consists of the following steps:

Step 1 – Search Strategy Step 2 – Candidate identification & Assessment Step 3 – Search Completion Step 4 – Follow up.

Search Strategy
We work together with our clients to obtain vital information about the position, and then we evaluate the situation and determine a search strategy for finding the best candidate. Important to this process is a clear understanding of the client’s culture, the position responsibilities and necessary qualifications.

Candidate Identification & Assessment
The next step is to conduct preliminary research for developing an initial candidate list. We contact, meet and assess a short list of potential candidates through telephone and personal interviews. We then prepare a confidential candidate assessment report, which is then presented to the client for review. When the client is ready to proceed, out team also assists with interviews.

Search Completion
In the final stage of our process, we consult with our clients to review top candidates and support the selection process. We also assist in the salary negotiations between the client and candidate.

Follow-up
It’s our policy to maintain contact with the client for at least six months to ensure an efficient phase-in and settling down of the selected candidate.
